Leaflets distributed for Glasgow Contemporary Art Fair which is being held at Kelvingrove
2112 Leaflet Distribution were asked by the company who organise the Art Fair to distribute their leaflet in various areas of the West End of Glasgow as well as selected parts of Bearsden and Milngavie.
The leaflets was promoting a 2-for-1 ticket for entry to the fair which is being held in the grounds of the Kelvingrove art gallery and museum. This art fair will be exhibiting hundreds of paintings, sculpture, prints and other works of art from many award-winning artists, as well as emerging artists, from the UK and overseas. With prices ranging across a wide spectrum, it is affordable for most to own a piece of art.
We worked with our client using our generic demographic information to identify the areas where they wanted the leaflets to be distributed. The timing of the leaflet distribution was also important as our client wanted people to receive them the week before the exhibition. This is in line with the standard advice that we normally give clients who are promoting an event – we would normally advice distributing the leaflets between 1 and 3 weeks fore the event. Too soon and people don’t have time to make plans to go and too far away and people will forget about it.
We completed the distribution in good time before the event, ensuring that everyone received the leaflet in good time to ensue that they had time to plan to go to the art fair.
