We completed the distribution of a leaflet on behalf of South Lanarkshire Council for East Mains Community Council in East Kilbride.
The leaflet was giving people in the East Mains area of East Kilbride information relating to the Community Council and how they can get in touch with the group. It also gave a summary of their activities over the past year which included campaigning for improvements to public transport, issues with parking in the area as well as planning and other issues.
The area that we had to distribute to was very specific as it was to incorporate the area specifically supported by the Community Council.#
We were given a map of the area and translated that into our mapping software which was used by our distributers to manage the distribution. The map was also used to check and confirm the number of properties in the area so that we could ensure that we had enough leaflets to cover the area.
The leaflets were distributed on time, in budget and our client was sent a report showing the streets distributed to, along with a GPS map and a list of properties that could not be delivered to.
