Community Action Blackburn are holding a Family Fun Day in the Community Centre and Murray Park in Blackburn, West Lothian and we were asked to distribute leaflets to all of the residents to promote the event.
Community Action Blackburn is part of the Community Action on Alcohol project being managed by Alcohol Focus Scotland and funded by The Robertson Trust.
The aim of the project is to engage, assist and support the community in addressing concerns regarding alcohol, ultimately leading to improved health, family life, opportunities and a reduction in alcohol-related
harm and anti social behaviour.
This job continues our long standing relationship with CAB and we are please to be able to help with this worthwhile cause.
The Fun Day has many events for all of the family, including face painting, magic shows, bouncy castles as well as a BBQ and much more. The idea of this event is to help bring the community together in a fun way as well as giving families the opportunity to spend quality time together.
From a leaflet distribution perspective, this was a relatively straightforward job as we delivered to every house in Blackburn, West Lothian, so there was no boundaries to consider and no demographic targeting involved.
It is with regret that we have taken the decision to close our offices and suspend Leaflet Distribution until further notice.
We have taken this decision to protect our staff, clients and the general public from the spread of the Coronavirus.
We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Our Leaflet Distribution Service will resume as soon as we deem it to be safe to do so.
