The leaflets were distributed to targeted areas in Bearsden and Milngavie. We ran a demographic analysis on their existing customers to understand the demographic profile of the type of people who are most likely to attend the school.
We used this information to identify the areas in Bearsden and Milngavie that matched the demographic types of their ideal clients. This was done by using our mapping software to plot the postcodes of the relevant demographic types.
Once the areas had been located, we used our specialist software to calculate the number of houses in each on the areas. This allowed us to work our how many leaflets the client would need.
In addition to distributing the leaflets, we were also asked to print them. We agreed that 250gsm paper would be the most appropriate stock for this leaflet. The reason for this is that it has a quality feel which matches the high quality service offered by the school.
In addition to raising the profile of their Junior School, the leaflet was promoting their open day. This meant that we had to distribute the leaflet in good time before the date of the open day.
