We continued our long-standing relationship with Complete Dental Care when we were asked to create and distribute a leaflet for their Invisalign Open Day which is being help on 5th November.
The design of the leaflet was an involved process as we had to incorporate various offers while keeping it ‘clean’ and ensuring that it reflected their brand identity. This was done by using their colour scheme throughout the overall design. The other challenge was to incorporate the Invisalign branding.
As well as promoting the open day and special offers, the leaflet was also promoting the Invisalign’s “Smileview” page on their website to ‘Try on a new simile’ which lets you see what your teeth would look like it they were straightened.
Due to the nature of the services being offered, our client wanted to target very specific types of people. We used our generic demographic information to identify the best areas into which to distribute their leaflets and worked with our client to identify the ones that they wanted to target.
Some of the areas were new housing estates we could not be totally certain how many houses were in the areas. To solve this problem we agreed the order in which the areas would be done so that the areas that were least important to them were done last.
Since the leaflet was promoting an open day, we had to work to a deadline. This is always a challenge, especially in October when the weather is unpredictable. We worked hard to ensure that the work was scheduled and managed properly to meet the deadline.
