We continued our long-standing relationship with D.J. Alexander Legal, an estate agency in Glasgow City Centre by printing and distributing leaflets in the Glasgow’s West End and Bishopbriggs for their Sales department.
The leaflet, which we printed on high quality 250gsm paper, was designed by us to promote their estate agency services and was, 
therefore, aimed at people who were thinking of selling their property.
The main challenge that we faced with this particular job was firstly to design a new leaflet. Our client had been using the same design for some time and felt that it was time for a change. We used their signature red colour as the background to ensure brand consistency but made the leaflet much more estate agency focused rather than the more abstract design that they had in their previous design.
With regard to the distribution, we used our demographic system, combined with local knowledge and discussions with our clients to identify areas in and around Glasgow’s West End and Bishopbriggs that we felt were most appropriate for the Estate Agency services.
The client was very please with the design of their new leaflet and with the results, reporting that they had had a very good response to this campaign.
