The leaflet distribution element of the job was fairly straightforward as our client wanted it delivered to all households in an area that they specified. We worked with them to help them to find the area that they could distribute to within their budget.
We used our specialist software to calculate the number of houses in the area and our mapping software to map out options for their leaflet distribution area. Once we had agreed the leaflet distribution area we were able to proceed with print before completing the leaflet distribution.
There were a few new housing estates within the selected area which we has never done before. As is our normal practice, we captured the layout of these areas using the GPS tracks of our leaflet distributors. We also has our distributors count the number of houses in each of the new estates so that we have this information available for future reference.
