We recently completed the second of two distribution jobs we did for Community Action Blackburn. These jobs continue our long relationship with the group having distributed their newsletters (The Blackburn News) for a number of years.
The most recent job was distributing a leaflet in Blackburn (a town in West Lothian, close to Bathgate and Livingston), promoting a Family Fun Day being held in the Blackburn Community Centre and Murray Park.
Community Action Blackburn is part of the Community Action on Alcohol project being managed by Alcohol Focus Scotland. The aim of the project is to engage, assist and support the community in addressing concerns regarding alcohol. They ultimately objectives of this project are to improve health, family life, and reduce alcohol-related anti social behaviour.
The Family Fun Day is one of many projects that they undertake to engage with the community and offers lots of activities for the whole family, including arts & crafts, food, skateboard demonstrations and much more.
We are please to have been involved with this project over the years and look forward to containing our involvement in the group in the future.
It is with regret that we have taken the decision to close our offices and suspend Leaflet Distribution until further notice.
We have taken this decision to protect our staff, clients and the general public from the spread of the Coronavirus.
We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Our Leaflet Distribution Service will resume as soon as we deem it to be safe to do so.
