The Open Day, which is held regularly, is a great way to see what a day in the life at Hamilton College is like. It gives visitors the opportunity to see the nursery, the junior school and senior school. In addition there will be an opportunity to meet with staff and pupils.
We used 250gsm stock to print the leaflets. This is a good quality paper stock that we recommend to clients who want a leaflet with a quality feel at a reasonable price. It is important to realise that the quality of the paper that you use gives the impression of a quality service, as well as making it better for posting though letterboxes as it does not bend or fold as much as lower quality leaflets.
We used Demographic Profiling, as well as working closely with our client, to identify the best areas for them to distribute their leaflets. This was helpful as we were able to identify ‘target’ areas in towns where they have never distributed their leaflets to before.
The data that we used was gathered in a demographic analysis of their ‘customers’ which enables us to create a demographic profile and therefore identify where their ideal customer are likely to live.
This was a relatively large leaflet distribution in the sense that it covered a fairly wide variety of areas. As a result, the management of the distribution was critical to its success. The areas chosen also included new housing estates, which can be challenging, although our knowledge and experience of working in the area help us to manage this process.
The leaflet distribution was completed on time and within the budget and we look forward to continuing our relationship with the College in the future.
