Having worked with them on this type of campaign for so long we have gained an understanding of which areas give them the best response rates and conversely, which areas get a less positive response.
Using this information, we worked with our client to focus on the areas that give them a better return. We used our demographic profiling system in conjunction with their delivery records to identify the most appropriate areas. We manage the whole distribution process for them, creating a segmented distribution by splitting the distribution area into segments made up of the number of residences that are to be targeted with each leaflet distribution.
A map has been created showing each distribution area along with the dates on which leaflets were distributed to each area. This map is used to manage the leaflet distribution jobs and to manage the distribution schedule. We keep track of when each area is distributed to in order to ensure that no one area is being distributed to too often. This method also enables our client to measure the results of the leaflet distribution and identify where they are getting the best response.
