We recently completed a leaflet distribution for Freewheel North, who are based in the White House on Maryhill Road in the G20 area of Glasgow.
Free Wheel North is a Scottish charity that works towards creating a fairer, healthier society by enabling more people of all ages and abilities to walk and cycle as part of everyday life.
In addition to distributing the leaflet, we also designed and printed it. The leaflet was a folded A4 and was printed on 150gsm paper.
The purpose of the leaflet was two-fold: Firstly to raise awareness of the organisation and the services they provide and secondly to invite people to visit their drop-in chat room to share their memories of the White House Pub.
The Freewheel North cycle hub was officially opened at The White House in Maryhill on 14th March 2016. The White House is situated on the Forth & Clyde Canal by the Maryhill Locks.
It is from there that Freewheel operate their bike repair workshop on weekends. They also run guided bike rides on Mondays and Wednesdays. They even let you borrow one of their bikes if you don’t have one of your own.
The distribution was straightforward as our client wanted to concentrate on the area surrounding the centre. The distance that we were able to go from the centre was determined by the number of leaflets that they wanted to distribute. We used our software to calculate the number of residences in the area and were, therefore, able to identify the area into which the leaflets were distributed.
Our client was very happy with the service, saying “The flyers have had a noticeable impact already. Thanks very much for an excellent, professional service. I would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone looking for leaflet distribution”.
