The leaflet was promoting a drop-in sessions for unemployed people who are looking for work to help then find relevant training and work in the area. These drop-in sessions are designed to help people with various aspects for finding work, including CV and interview advice, training courses and other support.
We were given specific postcodes of areas that our client wanted to target. We used this information, along with our demographic profiling system to identify the areas in Barrhead and Neilston into which the leaflets were to be distributed.
Having located these areas, we used our software to estimate the number of residences in each area which enabled us to calculate the number of leaflets that we had to print, as well as helping to plan the distribution.
We have worked with this client on similar jobs over the past few years so we understood their requirements and the distribution areas since we were able to refer to the information that we kept from the previous jobs.
The job had a time constraint so we worked hard to ensure that the leaflets were distributed within the desired time-frame. We were pleased to be given another opportunity to distribute leaflets that could ultimately help people to get into work.
