It is proposed that the Wind Farm comprising of 20 turbines is built within the Cumberhead Forestry Complex which is 1.5km South of Coalburn. These turbines could produce enough electricity to power over 31,000 homes each year.
The public exhibitions will be held at the Coalburn Miner’s Welfare and on 29th January at the St Bride’s Centre in Douglas.
The leaflets were distributed to the four main centres of population in the area, comprising Lesmahagow, Coalburn, Douglas and Muirkirk as well as to the rural properties in the immediate vicinity of the proposed wind farm.
We printed the leaflets on 250gsm stock as it portrays a more professional image.
