This was one of a number of leaflet distribution jobs that we have done for this particular Remax Plus estate agent.
We identified the areas into which the leaflets were distributed by working with our client using a combination of our Generic Demographic information, along with his local knowledge of the area. We used this information to create a highly targeted area map that was aimed at owner-occupied residences.
Some of the areas included new-build housing which made calculating the exact number of houses in the area slightly difficult. The fact that we had distributed leaflets in these areas before and we keep meticulous records of all of our leaflet distribution jobs meant that we were able to use that information to estimate the number of residences that were in each area.
In addition, since there were no maps of the new areas, we used the information gathered from our GPS tracking on previous jobs to create maps of the new estates so that we have the information available to us the next time we deliver to the same areas.
