The leaflet was promoting the Yopa which is a full service Estate Agency service which supports the seller from valuation through to completion. The leaflet was aimed at people who are thinking of moving home and was offering a fixed fee service.
This was a reasonable challenging leaflet distribution job as our client wanted the leaflets to be distributed to specific streets that she had identified in the area. We used our mapping software to identify the streets. We then used our Regional Analysis System (RAS) systems to calculate the number of residences in the particular streets that our client identified.
There were more leaflets than she required for the specific streets to we worked with our client to identify additional areas into which the leaflet could be distributed. She decided to target a different demographic to be able to test the results to determine which worked better.
Distributing to multiple areas with different demographic profiles and measuring results for each is a good strategy to follow if you are not sure what your best target market is.
