We continued our relationship with the award-winning Architects Studio KAP by continuing the distribution in Glasgow’s South Side that we started in September. Our client wanted to split the job over two months to ensure that they would be able to manage the enquiries that it generates.
This essentially meant that the job was similar to a boundary distribution. We were able to translate these fairly detailed maps using our specialist mapping software to create a map that our leaflet distributors could use to distribute their leaflets
In addition to translating their map, we also used our specialist software to calculate the number of houses in the area. This allowed us to tell our client how many leaflets they needed to deliver to all of the relevant houses in the target areas.
In addition to specifying the area, our client also wanted their leaflet distributed to specific types of houses. We were able to achieve this by telling our distributors what types of residences to deliver to and which to avoid.
The fact that we were to carry on from where we left off in the September distribution meant that we used our GPS map from the first distribution to identify where we stopped and, therefore, where this distribution was to start. This worked well and we were able to successfully complete the leaflet distribution.
