We were pleased to continue our relationship with Shawlands Dental Care who we have worked with for many year, when we were asked to create and distribute a new leaflet for them.
There were a few challenges with this distribution. The design was quite difficult to put together as our client wanted to include quite a few offers which we had to fit into a relatively tight space while keeping it looking ‘clean’.
The next challenge was to identify the best area for the leaflet distribution. Our client had some information about areas where enquiries had come from via the invisalign website. We used this information, along with our generic demographic information to identify the best areas for their leaflet distribution.
After discussion with our client, we agreed that the best approach would be to spread the distribution over five different that matched the demographic profiles that we had agreed would be the most likely customers for the product they were promoting. The reasoning behind this was to test the market to determine where the best response comes from. This will then allow us to focus future leaflet distribution in similar areas.
We used our Analysis System along with our mapping software to work out the areas that we could distribute to with the number of leaflets that we had.
Since we were working across five different areas that were quite tightly defined, we had to be very careful with the management of the leaflet distribution process to ensure that the correct number of leaflets were distributed to the correct areas. We also used our GPS tracking system to ensure that the leaflets were distributed to the correct areas.
