The leaflet, which was printed on a good quality paper, had an interesting and eye-catching design which is an important element of generating a good response. It also included important information about the school and its exam results to give people the important information that they need when deciding which independent school they want their children to attend.
The leaflet was distributed to selected areas in Hamilton, East Kilbride, Mount Vernon, Stepps, Bothwell, Uddingston and Motherwell. Many of these areas included new housing estates. Distributing to new estates can be challenging because we will not always have a map of the area. We use our GPS tracking system to capture and map new housing estates so that we have detailed maps of the areas for the next time we work in the area. This knowledge, combined with our experience of working in these areas, ensured that we were able to manage the distribution.
Since this leaflet distribution was spread over a number of relatively small, very specific areas over an extended timeframe meant that we had to manage the distribution carefully. We used our GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress of the distribution and to ensure that the leaflets were distributed to the correct areas.
This was a particularly challenging distribution as we had to ensure that we worked to the COVID-19 guidelines, as well as dealing with a long period on inclement weather. We were, however, able to complete the distribution within our client’s timeframe.
