We were please to be asked by HUB International to print and distribute leaflets in Motherwell and Coatbridge promoting training in cooking and hospitality.
Our client want to distributed a specific number of leaflets around the area of the main train stations in Motherwell and Coatbridge, making this a radius distribution. We achieved this by using our specialised software to calculate the distance from the centre point that we could distribute to with the number of leaflets that we had.
We printed the leaflets on 150gsm stock. This is a relatively light paper stock and it is the lightest paper that we would recommend using. The reason that we used this stock was that our client was on a fairly tight budget.
The leaflets were distributed to the two areas in Motherwell and Coatbridge and we used our GPS tracking system to ensure that the leaflets were delivered to specified areas.
Since this was essentially a public information leaflet we had to ensure that we reported the exact areas where the leaflets were distributed to, as well as a list of non-deliveries. The fact that we are committed to totally transparent reporting means that we always provide our clients with a GPS map, as well as a list of addresses where we could not gain access to and why. This means that our processes and procedures are very well suited to jobs like these.
