The purpose of this is to give clients with large and/or on-going leaflet distribution projects easy access to information relating to the progress of their leaflet distribution projects. It also givens them access to historical records of jobs that we have completed for them in the past. It is effectively an extension of our commitment to Transparent Reporting.
The client area is secure, with access being controlled by a unique URL that only the client will be given. The information that we will provide in the client area will vary from client to client but will tend to include leaflet distribution reports including GPS maps, non-delivery reports and other relevant information. For projects that are being undertaken over a period of time, we will include a control sheet showing what areas have been covered and when. It is also useful when we are working on a Segmented Leaflet Distribution project where a large area is split up into segments which are distributed to over time.
Clients who have used the new system have given us very positive feedback, saying that it is useful to have information available to them at any time, when they need it and in a format that is very user-friendly.
