Boss Pizza recently changed the format of their menu to an A5 leaflet from their previous large format. This new leaflet is printed on good quality stock which helps to ensure that it goes through letterboxes without bending. The new size also has the advantage that it allows people to keep it as it takes up less space.
The leaflet distribution campaign covers most of Hamilton and some surrounding areas. A set number of leaflets are distributed each week so that the distribution is repeated on a regular basis.
Using our specialist software that calculates the number of houses in an area to split the overall area into segments of the relevant size. This effectively created a control map that help us to manage the distribution and helped out client to understand and communicated which area they want done on a weekly basis.
Segmented leaflet distribution has the added benefit of enabling our client to measure the response rates. This ability measure the effectiveness of their leaflet distribution campaign is very powerful as it allows them to refine the distribution based on the results from the previous distribution. This enabled them to remove a few areas from the control map which were less effective than others.
Our leaflet distribution management system enable us to do this type of work and our GPS tracking system helps us to ensure that we can keep tack of what areas have been distributed to and to ensure that nothing is missed.
