The Neilston Development Trust (NDT) newsletter was distributed to all of the residences and businesses in the village of Neilston which is just outside of Barrhead in East Renfrewshire. This meant that is was effectively a boundary distribution.
Formed in 2006, NDT is a community-based charity governed by local residents serving the village and community of Neilston. It is committed to the physical, cultural, social and economic renewal and sustainability of Neilston.
The Space’ Community Newsletter was A3 sized, folded in half to A4 size and was printed on 150gsm paper. We normally do not recommend 150gsm for leaflets as it is quite light but it works well when folded. This makes it ideal for newsletters and is why we chose to used it for this job.
The newsletter was not only distributed to residences, it was also delivered to local businesses as well as public buildings, including the library, sports centre and the business centre.
The Newsletter was promoting various community news and events, including various activities that take place regularly at The Bank community centre.
Since this is a community newsletter was important that all of the residences everyone in the village received it. To ensure that we distributed it to all of the residences in the area, we used our GPS tracking map to check that all of the newsletter had been delivered to all of the houses and businesses in the area.
The job was completed within our client’s timescale and our client was happy with the distribution, as well as the quality of the print that we did for them.
