2112 Leaflet Distribution have been distributing this newsletter for a number of years and were pleased to continue our relationship with them by being asked to print distribute this newsletter again.
The Neilston Development Trust (NDT) newsletter was distributed to all residences and businesses in Neilston which is a village close to Barrhead in East Renfrewshire.
The newsletter, which was made up of four pages (A3 folded in half to A4), was printed on a reasonable quality 150 gsm card stock. This is not normally a quality of paper stock that we would recommend for a ‘normal’ leaflet but it works well for folded leaflets and is a cost-effective solution.
Since this newsletter was to be distributed to all households and businesses in Neilston, it was effectively a boundary distribution where we had to work within the boundary that is set out by the village itself.
The fact that this newsletter is intended to help engage the local community with issues that affect them and that it contains informative that is both informative and useful to the people living in Neilston, it was important that everyone received it. We used our GPS tracking system to ensure that all of the houses in the village received it.
This also meant that we were able to provide our client with an accurate report, showing exactly where the newsletter had been distributed to.
