We have been working with this client for many years and have completed many leaflet distribution projects for them. In addition, we have conducted demographic analysis of their ‘customer base’. This meant that we has a very good understanding of the best areas for them to target.
This was, however, the first time that we printed their leaflets. The leaflets were printed on good quality 250gsm stock. This stock is a reasonably priced good quality paper that we use when clients want to give a good impression of their business while keeping costs down.
We worked with our client using information from previous leaflet distribution campaigns to agree the best areas to distributed their leaflets while staying within their budget.
This leaflet was promoting an open morning for their Kindergarten and Junior School which take children from the age of tree. The open day is designed to give parents who are considering sending their children to the school the chance to tour the school, meet teachers and pupils and learn about their curriculum.
The fact that we were distributing their leaflets to specific areas in the North and South side of Glasgow, as well as the West End meant that we had to be very careful with the management of the leaflet distribution process.
This meant that we were able to keep track of the distribution, ensuring that the correct number of leaflets were distributed to the agreed areas and that we were on time to meet the deadline we agreed with our client. The job was completed on time and within budget.
