We recently completed the distribution of the parliamentary report for Jamie Hepburn, the MSP for Cumbernauld & Kilsyth.
The report is the first report that we distributed for Jamie this year and it was distributed throughout his constituency, the main areas of which include Cumbernauld and Kilsyth as well as smaller communities in the North Lanarkshire area.
This is one of a number of parliamentary reports that we have distributed for various MSP’s over the years and we are please to have been asked to continue with this type of community information work. 2112 Leaflet Distribution have no political affiliations and work across all
political parties. We let the quality of our distribution speak for itself and it is for this reason that we are becoming the first choice for many MSP’s, PR companies and other information-based distribution businesses.
Since we were distributing to the people in his constituency, this was classed as a boundary distribution where we have to work within a pre-defined boundary. With this type of leaflet distribution, it is important that we firstly identify the exact boundaries of the area to be delivered to and then ensure that the newsletters are distributed within that boundary.
Our substantial investment in software systems and procedures means that we are particularly good at this type of distribution where the information is important and potentially of a sensitive in nature.
For example, our mapping software enables us to draw the boundaries of the area to be distributed to on a map. This information is obtained either using postcode information or an existing boundary map that is supplied by our client. In addition, our bespoke Regional Analysis System enables us to accurately predict how many houses are in any particular area which enables us to better estimate the number of reports that need to be printed, thereby reducing wastage and saving our client money.
