Public Information and Consultation Leaflet Distributed giving a Project Update for an Energy Recovery Centre near Plains in North Lanarkshire.
We distributed a leaflet promoting two public exhibitions on behalf of a PR agency who were managing the process for their client. The purpose of these exhibition was to update residents in the local community about proposals for the future of a new Waste Management Complex. This consultation is being held in advance of submitting a planning application to North Lanarkshire Council.
This is one of a large number of jobs that we have done in the area of PR and Public Information for community engagement, promoting public meetings and public exhibitions. The amount of work we have done in this area, combined with our delivery ethics and transparent reporting make is the first choice for many PR companies.
The areas into which these leaflets were distributed were specified by our client and were very specific to the project. This meant that we had to be very careful with the distribution to ensure that the leaflets were distributed in the correct areas. It was also important that we provided our client with a GPS map showing exactly where their leaflets were distributed.
