We distributed a leaflet in April inviting people to a public consultation event regarding revitalise West Blackhall Street. Over 200 people attended that event and gave their views about the proposals. Based on this feedback, project partners and consultants have now developed a number of further
design options for people to consider.
We are please to have been asked to print and distribute another leaflet inviting people to attend a meeting with the consultants to review the feedback from earlier engagement and consider the options they have developed based on this. The project, which is aimed regenerating Greenock town centre, involves significant investment so it is important that the views of local people are taken on board before deciding on how to progress.
Our client asked us to print and then distribute their leaflet in a specific area of Greenock town centre, as well as the area closest to the area being revitalised. They supplied us with a map of the primary area for distribution, which meant that we had to work within the boundary that was set out on their map.
In addition, we used our ‘RAS’ Software to work out the distance from the main delivery area that we could distribute their leaflets into.
The leaflet distribution had to be done on a fairly tight timescale to ensure that the relevant people received the leaflet in good time before the consultation event.
Our client was very pleased with our work, saying “Many thanks for the delivery report. Great service provided once more, much appreciated”.
