We distributed a third leaflet on behalf of Glasgow City Council in association with Sustrans in the Woodside area of Glasgow. This is situated to the West of the city centre, between the River Kelvin and the Forth and Clyde canal.
The leaflet was informing people about an online consultation and community engagement via a public drop in events. The focus of these consultations is on early designs for West Princess Quietway as well as for St Georges Road.
The proposals are aimed at improving the environment for pedestrians, cyclists, local residents and businesses.
The Council are keen to work with the community to reduce the dominance of road traffic and to improve both streets and public spaces for local people. They are also proposing reprioritising streets in favour of walking and cycling.
The leaflets were distributed to both residential and businesses in an area that was specified by our client. This meant that this distribution was essentially a boundary distribution where were had to work within a boundary that was specified by our client.
We used our specialist software to calculate the number of residences and businesses that were located within the area defined by the client. This meant that we were able to ensure that they supplied us with enough leaflets to deliver to all of the letterboxes in the specific area.
