Leaflets Advising Local Residents of Road Works Printed & Distributed in a Specific area of Lanark on behalf of SGN.
We continued our working relationship with SGN’s PR company by printing and distributing a 4-page A4 folded leaflet advising in Lanark. No matter who your supplier is, SGN are the company who manage the network that distributes gas to homes and businesses across Scotland and the south of England.
The leaflet was distributed to local residents and businesses advising them that SGN are investing £26,000 in upgrading the gas network in the Kildare Rd area of Lanark.
As will all public notifications, this was important information which meant that we had to ensure that we distributed the leaflet to every house and business in the area. The fact that we have a great deal of experience and, therefore, expertise in this type of leaflet distribution makes us the first choice for the distribution of many PR and Public Information materials.
The work involves replacing old gas mains pipes with new pipes and will result in road closures and some disruption in the local area. As a result, our client wanted to ensure that local residents and businesses were informed of the nature of the works, as well as when and where they are taking place.
The leaflets were delivered to a very specific area in Lanark, around where the works are taking place, making it a boundary distribution. Our client supplied us with a map showing the exact areas into which the leaflets were to be distributed. We created a map using this information in our mapping software that our leaflet distributors use to ensure that they deliver the leaflets to the correct area.
In addition to providing our normal reports, our client wanted us to provide a detailed GPS map showing the exact streets that we delivered their leaflet to, along with a detailed report listing all properties where we could not gain access.
The job was completed on time and our client was very pleased with our professional approach to the distribution and with the details reports that we provided to them.
