One of the ways where Control Maps are useful are with Segmented Distribution where an areas is split into segments and we distribute an agreed number of leaflets into each segment on a regular basis. Here we tend to manage the whole distribution process so that out clients do not have to worry about where and when their leaflets are distributed – we do it all for them.
The other primary use of control maps is with the management of large jobs and/or jobs that are done over a long period of time. Control maps are also helpful for clients who we work with on a regular basis. In these circumstances, it is important for us to keep track of their distribution so that we can help them manage their new leaflet distribution projects. This information can also help them to understand where they are getting the best results from and/or where their information has been distributed to.
Control Maps can be used to help our clients to decide where to distribute their leaflets. They may, for example, want to repeat a distribution that they did at some time in the past or they may want to complete an area that they started before.
When working on large jobs that where a large number of leaflets are distributed over an extended period of time, Control Mas are used to keep track on the areas distributed to so that we can be sure that all of the area has been covered and also that we do not deliver to the same area more than once.
It is with regret that we have taken the decision to close our offices and suspend Leaflet Distribution until further notice.
We have taken this decision to protect our staff, clients and the general public from the spread of the Coronavirus.
We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Our Leaflet Distribution Service will resume as soon as we deem it to be safe to do so.
